We partnered with PocketDocket to develop a cloud-based mobile and web application that modernises the outdated paper docket system. Our goal was to create a platform that simplifies the process of generating, logging, and approving variable dockets, reducing human error and improving transparency for both subcontractors and clients. By leveraging intuitive design and automation, the application enables users to submit dockets for approval seamlessly, while maintaining compliance and providing clear records for every job and expense. Users can also generate detailed reports over customisable periods, giving them valuable insights for financial management at a glance.
During development, we focused on building a solution that was both efficient and user-friendly, ensuring that subcontractors could navigate the platform easily without disruption to their daily workflow. Cloud computing technology was integrated to ensure that all data and dockets are securely stored, easily accessible, and protected against loss or misplacement. Our team oversaw the full end-to-end process, including technical consulting, UI/UX design, development, deployment, and ongoing management of the platform across iOS, Android, and web.
